Awesome place! Definitely recommend it! Great trainers, great facility and great members. Being new to the use of barbells, (I’m in my 40s Ladies!) it was intimidating, but the trainers walked me through and in just 3 weeks, I feel so much more confident in my workouts! Love the variety of equipment and type of workouts, always challenging. I leave every workout feeling accomplished, energized and ready to step it up a notch! Excited to have joined and looking forward to seeing results! Thanks for the encouragement Andrew !

The classes at FIT are definitely intense, touching on both weight lifting and conditioning. The atmosphere and support is what keeps me coming in 5 days a week to workout. Not only have I seen tremendous results the past year but because of the coaching I was able to adjust my lifestyle in order to keep the weight off and continue to see results. If you are looking for a challenge and result driven workouts I highly recommend FIT

If you are looking for a gym with AMAZING coaches that care about your goals & well being, this is the place to go! Andrew, Erik, Heather & Aly are simply the best! I've been a member for a few months now & my results have been great! I feel so much stronger, healthier, and most importantly HAPPIER!!! Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, the schedules work pretty much for anyone! I 100% recommend this place! Give it a try, I promise you will not regret it! ————————————— Another year has gone by and I’m as happy as I can be and more committed than ever! The trainers continue to push me further as I grow and I can’t wait to accomplish more goals along my awesome Fit Fam!

It's been over a year now since I've become a member at this gym and I absolutely love it. The workouts have always kept me on my toes and the trainers are encouraging. There's never been a workout I wasn't challenged by. Try F.I.T. I dreaded the day I had to start gym shopping. I was looking for a gym that will accommodate my busy schedule of being a mom, wife, and working full time. I needed early morning workout trainings and late evenings. I also needed a gym which will keep me coming back for more and F.I.T. was that place. My first workout was beyond challenging and that same challenge I get to this day is such satisfaction. I was pushed to limits I thought I could never get to thanks to the awesome trainers. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and they make it welcoming and comfortable to be there. I've never been so committed and motivated to any exercise program. Give it a try. It's worth the confidence gain, weight loss, and lifestyle change. I'm happier and healthier than ever. It's been over a year now since I've become a member at this gym and I absolutely love it. The workouts have always kept me on my toes and the trainers are encouraging. There's never been a workout I wasn't challenged by. Try F.I.T.
