I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for only a few months, but I can tell I'm going to be happy here for years to come. The gym is clean, pretty, and well kept, with amenities such as a steam room/sauna, fresh towels, showers stocked with shampoo/lotion, key lockers you don't need a padlock for, and handy wipe-down towelettes. The staff is helpful, friendly, and incredibly accomodating. I always get a cheerful greeting when I walk in. There's a great variety of classes offered in both the morning and evening. The instructors and trainers are very welcoming and helpful; I feel that several of them have gone above and beyond what is expected of fitness instructors in finding in-class alternative movements for those who aren't up to the level of the rest of the class or have weak areas. Nancy, the Sunday yoga instructor, even researched some extra exercises for me when I explained I had poor balance due to a previous foot injury (and thanks to her help, I'm now back to where I was before my injury!). The attention can be as remote or as personalized as you'd like, but I greatly appreciate the opportunity to get to know the instructors and other class participants. I have never once felt like I "don't belong" here, which can be a big problem at some gyms. If anything, I feel like I can do MORE and do BETTER because of the positive attitude that practically oozes out of the place. I highly recommend joining this gym, particularly if you need a friendly and encouraging face to get you in the door time and again.

I have been with you on a regular basis for over a year now. I could not be more pleased. Everyone is friendly, warm, professional and fun to be with. I feel I can make a good call from years of experience. When younger, I belonged to various gyms and spas in MD, WV, and VA. FIT is at the top of the list! Just wish this body was not slowing down, but it happens to the best of us. So, as long as I can move I will be at FIT. Really glad you are here! j

Very courteous service. Nice location; I've never seen the place crowded, so machines are always available, which is great.

Fit in Boonsboro is a great gym. My wife and I go every week many times and enjoy everyone there. Great boutique gym.
