Wonderful little gym and it's cheap too! Full change rooms, washrooms and showers. The employees are friendly and helpful and if you get the black membership card you have access to all the amenities for free. If you like working out this is the best all in one package for a fantastic price! I cant complain. It is 24hr gym, however the amenities are only usable during staffed hours.

Awesome gym. You get way more for your money then any other gym. They promptly fix equipment that needs it. Brian at the front desk is a great guy, helpful and fits right in with the great gym.

Inexpensive  usually not to bad to get on machines or weights 24 hour access

This gym is great for cardio and basic weight training. If you are into heavy weight lifting this is not the place for you. It is open 24/7/365 literally
