Clean well organized space. Not usually busy when I go but busy after 4. Good for if you want a no frills gym with a variety of cardio and weights. Not good if you are looking for classes and other amenities. The workers currently there don't seem to be very friendly as the ones before.

No water fountains, feels like there's barely any a.c. - no fans around just a central air system. However the staff is very nice and for $8/month it's worth it! I prefer going late at night since it's not as busy

Best gym I have ever been with. It's clean, never crowded, and completely non judgemental! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing is fantastic. I have never enjoyed going to a gym so much in my life and I feel wonderful inside and out.

Love this gym! Been going to it for over 2 years and it’s always maintained to a standard of perfection!

Very affordable membership and brand new equipment. There are 2 power racks if anyone's wondering. Also tanning & massage chairs. There are no showers, swimming pools, saunas or group classes. If that's what you're looking for, go to GoodLife.
