Fit 4 Life 24/7 will be the newest full service fitness center in Frankfort. The fitness center will have a large fitness room for aerobic classes.

Story

FIT4LIFE 24/7 is a 13,500 square foot fully equipped fitness center with Matrix Cardio and Hoist Cable weight machines and Hoist plate loaded equipment. We will also have a large area for free weight training with three full racks of Dumbbells up to 125 lbs. We will have a cardio room for numerous aerobic classes with certified instructors and trainers. This fitness center is locally owned and operated for the best customer service. Locker rooms are also available. We pledge our fitness center will be cleaned everyday for a no hassle worry free workout. Our prices will be competitive with other local gyms by offering a two month opening special of $25.00 a month with a year contract. After two months the price will be $30.00 a month one year contact or $35.00 with a month to month commitment. Special pricing available for groups and employers.
