Should probably make sure your trainers aren't fat.... Kinda takes away your credibility. Buying high dollar work out gear, walking around with a water bottle, with your arms puffed out because you think you have lats, while sporting a double chin is hilarious. Especially when you post it to Facebook as marketing.

For the price it is definitely sub par. There's not enough equipment/weights. For the cable machine nothing matches... I only go at night and it's always dirty and unorganized, weight missing & out of order. The child area is gross and smells. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's convenient.

In my experience....fit 4 life located on Ray rd is a clean, well managed, and efficiently ran business. The staff and trainers are very friendly and helpful! The equipment is very well kept and I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone. For anyone who complains about the price...you can't put a price on your mental and physical health...so get over it..😀🙄

Would be better with a sauna but great gym. Friendly people not awkward feeling at all. The price is good as well.
