Love running here for the scenery, the horses, and the peacefulness. You can park in the lot on Russell, and every 2.23 miles you are back at your car for water/gatorade/bathroom,etc. It works out great for those long mileage days. The problems that I wish they would address, are the flooding by the creek (paved portion) whenever there is rain....any kind of rain. Also currently, there is a ton of loose gravel sections where is it like running or biking on coarse beach sand. They even put up signs ("Loose Gravel") in one place (instead of just removing the gravel), but there are at least 3 other sections that are worse. Could easily bump this up to 5 stars if something could be done about those 2 things.

Excellent for walking or biking. Nice area, feels safe. Will have standing water in paths if there's a heavy rain.

I run here regularly and it's never too crowded or busy. The shaded area creates a good 1/2 mile to cool down and if you have a dog, there's two creek crossings that your puppy can cool down!
