Fitness 1 is the greatest gym around! The employees are friendly and always willing to help. The equipment is state of the art, and the owner truly cares about each and every member. He actually reads and responds to comment cards, and even sends out birthday cards! The best part is that it's open 24/7 so you always have access to it - even on holidays. I can't wait to see the new expansion coming next month! There will be a brand new studio and an indoor turf area for agility training! Not to mention, Fitness 1 has the best personal trainers around. ;) When you become a member here, you're not only gaining access to equipment and great classes, you're getting full support from people who are passionate and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals!

A variety of exercise options, classes, and equipment for a number of interests. Personal Trainers have good customer skills as well as knowledge and focus on safety. Open 7x24. Also offers child care, massage, nutritionists, and soon, a physical therapist. Looking forward to the new additional space for classes.

Staff is great and very kind and the members seem to be great too. Big downfall, the cancellation process is robbery. 30 day notice and can only be done by mail. Certainly comes off like a scheme to get an extra month of dues out of someone, there shouldn't be a need for written cancellations. I used to support this gym and tried to sell it to other friends too but at this point I'm just left disappointed. It's just a gym that's just as theiving as the big name places elsewhere but only disguised as a small town gym.

Fantastic place. The staff and owner are seconds to none. New equipment, fantastic members, and very clean atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone. They also do the silver sneekers for seinors. Go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
