Staff are excellent. Incredibly unique gym with a cross section of fitness from athletes to the elderly. Unique section with strongman event implements as well as space and implements to traing Highland Games Heavy Weight Events. Ask questions and you will get experienced answers.

This is a great, functional small-town facility that has produced some very successful athletes! As a past member of staff, I saw first-hand every day the hard work that goes into keeping this facility open, through the support from the community and volunteers. Doesn't have shiny new equipment like commercial gyms you may be familiar with, but has everything you might need and lots of functional alternatives. Very friendly place and great atmosphere!

A very spacious gym with lots of equipment that cater to a variety of different workouts. Staff are knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a great experience when they enter the gym :)
