they have a very friendly staff, pretty decent deals on memberships, and it is kept really clean compared to thew few gyms I've been to.

I have been a satisfied a member for nearly a year. The facility is constantly being cleaned to insure it's kept in great shape.

One of the better gyms in town.  All of the updated equipment and their membership rates are very reasonable.
