Fitness One is a family oriented facility with something for everyone. From our SwimkidsUSA swim lessons for children and free Kids Kub to the area's largest Silver Sneakers program, we have fun and fitness for everyone.

To improve the overall health of our community by providing a world class facility to create opportunities for physcial activity, social interaction and education; to act as a trend-setting destination which motivates children and adults to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable temperature. Pretty outdoor track.  Quality equipment. Great classes with excellent teachers. Beware of the yoga classes. Some use music that call out praise and/or praying to Hindu gods.

great gym, and has everything you need for a good workout. Nice outside running trail as well. Also its never that busy so you have a good bit of freedom to move around the workout machines as you wish.

Great gym with incredible view of nature from cardio machines. Soooo many classes across two locations! REFIT® class!

Rude staff, Highly chlorinated pool. The whole place smells like a cafeteria because of the restaurant present. WAY too expensive for what you're getting, shop around.

Kids club and equipment are filthy. No one wipes up after themselves. Visibly dirty and gross. I have concerns for any parent leaving their kid in there. No one needs to work out that badly.
