Great gym with great people.  My wife and i have been coming here and the classes are a great challenge and the peolpe are very helpful and friendly.

Grungy gym which what make this place awesome. Very cheap, equipment is old but works well and they have more equipment than gyms that cost twice as much. People that work there and gym goers are great, no stuck ups just people from beginners to bodybuilders helping eachother out. Also classes included which is great for the price. Needs to be cleaned a little but thats it
