All of the trainers are extremely nice and knowledgable. Scheduling can be flexible. It's always very clean.

Love the one on one training and how hard the trainers work to motivate you and push you. They are able to push me hard but not over my limit. It's the most satisfying workout I've ever had!

Incredible year training at FT.  I have never been a gym person but needed more energy.  After one year I've lost 20 lb increased muscle and have more energy than ever.  The trainers are all amazing and supportive.  They push me both in and out of the gym!  Huge shout out to Mike, Mike, Crystal, Anders, Dwayne, and Sal!
