It's a little pricy if you are looking for a full meal. They do give generous portions of fries though - my husband and I shared and it was more than enough. Burger was good but really wasn't that special- I'd choose red robin over five guys and for a sit down meal with a waiter it would probably cost the same.

I've been to five guys more times than I can count. I love it! I was just there recently, and when I received my food, my burger was cold (which has never been an issue.) I went up to the counter and the manager asked what was wrong, I told him and he had the staff make me a new burger right away. After they gave it to me, another staff member came by my table and made sure that the burger was good the second time. Great customer service goes a long way, and five guys does an excellent job ensuring their customers leave happy!

Their fries are phenomenal! A little more money than I like to usually spend on a simple fast food burger though ($8 or so, not including the fries and drink).

Fries are always amazing. Quick friendly service and employees look like they are having fun and enjoy being at work. Kudos to the guy in charge!

First time locally, tried in Georgia prior. Never had a bad meal, even got a free milkshake today due to an issue with our meal
