The burgers are good, and the staff are generally pleasant. It's a standard Five Guys. There's nothing wrong with that. 
I just don't appreciate it that much. The burgers are pretty greasy, and I don't really have the constitution for it. It upsets my stomach every time. So I got the message and won't go anymore.

Standard Five Guys experience. Be advised, the place will get crazy busy during VCU games and events.

Love the atmosphere and the employees. Everyone is super kind, and the food comes out hot and delicious every time!

Five Guys makes the best bacon cheeseburgers. 

This is a typical location with seating, free peanuts, and a fairly efficient order processing line.  Not the cheapest burger shop around, but in this case you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality, quantity and taste.

They do a high volume so it is tough to keep the tables and floors clean, but the kids that work there try hard to keep up.  Located perfectly for VCU students (patrons and employees)

Order large fries and see if you can actually eat the humongous bag full of fries that they give you.
