It seems as if every time I step foot in Five Guys Manhattan location I encounter horrible treatment from the SAME man!! His name is Michael “Mike” the store manager come off as a huge RACIST!! My first visit to the store when I walked in I was politely greeted and asked my order by the worker Damian (Hispanic) and Mike got mad with him and went off on him and sent him home because he beat him to the punch!! When I came in today I had a friend with me who was new to the store and asked about the menu and Mike raised his voice at him as if he was slow or hard of understanding and it made him so angry that he won’t ever return!!! I just hope someone hurry and get rid of him!!

It's one of the best burgers at this price range.  I got mine with everything and it was very good.  If you have to drive home before you eat, the bun will go south on you.  If you eat it there it would be better I suppose.  It was interesting to watch and listen to the "guys" as they yell out to each other.  The order was ready in about 10 minutes, but it was made fresh right in front of me.

I ordered about 12 meals for an office event.  Ordered them online so there was lots of customization.  Everything was ready on time with no mistakes.  It was super easy and delicious.  Was able to call ahead and get the order earlier than the earliest online time listed which was above and beyond.
