They put trans fat in their food? The young lady at the counter was really nice and I liked her personality. Same for the guy that handed me my bags of burgers. All the employees seemed really nice. Where did they find all these nice people. Is it just Sunnyvale? One guy was chatting it up with a customer about their hair while packaging bags.

I’ve probably eaten here over a dozen times. Staff is consistently nice and courteous. I’ve never had a wrong order. Food is always fresh and delicious.1

Two times I have come here. I think that's enough for a very long time. The last time I came here was about 6 years ago, and I deeply regretted it. Would've been fine with never coming back, but my friends suggested it and I said, "Sure, go and be an idiot. Your friends are doing it, so it's chill" This time, it was not chill. It's not like doing drugs, which are cool, it was like stabbing myself with a hot spoon. Prices are too high for burgers, and then it's not even a meal-type-deal. You gotta buy everything separately which REALLY racks up your stupid bill. I was pretty sure I was having heart palpitations while eating this burger. I mean... In'n'Out was right down the street. Should've went there! It never ever ever fails, and it's just the best burger place in the world. Anyway, don't come here. It really bloooooooows!

Five Guys is consistently greasy and refreshingly simple. No fried eggs or tofu or fanciness. Just a burger with your choice of toppings, cooked well and served in a paper bag. My only complaint is the complete lack of any consistency in portion size with the fries. Sometimes a little fry fills half a bag, sometimes a medium is less than that. Not a huge deal, except that I hate wasting food when they give me too much, and I hate risking too little when eating in a group.

Great fresh burgers but the fries are what keep me coming back. State fair style fried to perfection in peanut oil.
