I ordered Cajun fries well done, had the cashier confirm she heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket. She talked to the fry cook, instead of getting well done fries I got someone else’s leftover fries from earlier, the soggiest most raw fries I have seen out of five guys. This was my final trip to this location.

I asked for a clean scraped grille and to squeeze the grease out. This was after they'd just cooked a bunch and it was a mess. No one in the store either,  I even pre tipped the staff. They gave me the two patties that looked so gross.  I said I asked for a new one and they said "it's good" try it! 12$ burger and $3 soda plus tax and tip. No respect for $20 , they literally handed me trash.

The staff was very friendly and energetic. The fries were delicious and the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate-y. I took a picture of the fries because this was the "small" fry I ordered. I was very pleased to see that this was more like a medium or large order. This visit made me a fan and I'll definitely be making repeat visits.

Delicious freshly made to order burgers at prices half what other burger places are in Fairfield. $6.39 to $8.39 for a cheeseburger and the best fries anywhere.

Went in with my wife and daughter to order fries as a snack. 30 minutes later, still no fries. But plenty of other people got their orders which included fries. When I asked what the status of my order was, they said one minute and that was before I waited another 15 minutes and called them out on how crazy it is to wait over 30 minutes for just fries and how people who ordered after me got their food.  Staff openly complain about management and no sense of urgency. Meanwhile, the staff shows no effort or empathy for not having a sense of urgency to make my order.  Either way, it was a garbage experience. Never going back.  Thankfully the fries were good but I would gladly take a refund instead to get my 30 minutes back. For a fast food restaurant, this was very slow, and it was 7:00 on a Sunday night with only 2 other patrons in the restaurant at the time I ordered.  Dietary restrictions: Only vegan option available are fries, which are cooked in peanut oil.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger ended up with two raw patties..Food: 1/5

I just paid over $20.00 for a dried up cheeseburger with very unripened tomato on it and soggy tasteless fries. I thought I lucked out missing the lunch crowd then I realized the ripoff prices and knew why no one else was in there. I will never go here again and I'll spread the word about how bad it was. $13.00 hamburgs and $7.00 fries make you a greedy pig.

I placed a order online and when receiving my meal and didn't have all the topping I asked for, so I call in the store and told the manager Hunter what happen and she gladly told me to come in whenever and  I will have a free meal on the house , that's what i call doing good bussiness and keeping ur customers happy!Food: 5/5

Nicest staff ever. Food was great, though I would literally come back just for the service.

I last visited at least 2 years ago. I am glad to see the hamburgers remain the same. I was pleased to see that the person taking the order was an older person. She was very patient while we mulled over the large number of toppings. The fries tasted superb as well.Food: 5/5
