 I’ve never been to a 5 Guys before and my experience was pretty good. I didn’t know that their meat and food is locally farmed, so that means that each 5 Guys gets their supply from the farms in the area of that 5 Guys.  You also have an endless supply of of peanuts  to eat while you wait for your food which for me is awesome.  I would highly recommend any 5 Guys from now.

The people here were so friendly and thoughtful with how they handled my families order. My son cannot have any gluten because he has celiac disease.  They went above and beyond to not handle his food with gloves they had touched the bread with and packed his burger and fries separately so they didn't come into contact with the other burgers.  The food as usual is excellent.  Thank you so much for your care.

Put in an order though door dash to be scheduled and delivered around 7:15pm-8:30pm. Door dash told me it would be delivered at 7:45pm. I then got a notification telling me it wouldn't be delivered until 8:15pm. Then got another notification telling me that it wouldn't be delivered untill 9:15pm. Don't trust what they say for delivery. I had to cancel my order and get Jack In The Box to make up for it. I have never had Five Guys. My husband and I were excited to try it for the first time we were very disappointed about the delivery time, considering our house is only 2.5mi away/7 mins away. I could have paid for the same of money, the same amount of distance and better delivery time from RED ROBIN!!!!

I’ve been to many five guys, this place is a notch better than the others. Five guys is excellent but these guys do it perfectly. These fries are each a delicacy. Think you can’t finish your fries? THINK AGAIN YOU WILL FINISH THESE and then maybe die but you’ll die happy cuz they’re so perfectly salted. The jewel of Tacoma.Food: 5/5

I know how hard it is for the people making the food when someone with an allergy comes in, but on Tuesday 9/10/24 they went above and beyond to make sure my food was made correctly and placed in a separate bag from the other food. I truly appreciate the things they did for me.Food: 5/5

I was in this establishment yesterday. I ordered a cheeseburger, it turned out to be not tasty, there was not enough salt and the bun fell apart from the strong humidity, so that all my hands were dirty. it's not tastyFood: 2/5

Great customer service. Our food was brought out fast. I will definitely be going back. They’re open 7 days a week 11a.m-10p.m.

Wonderful food! Burgers are made fresh to order! Fries piled high! Friendly staff! Always feel welcome! The pups love riding to get there last bites of there Five Guys burger! Yumm

Holy cow, these are good burgers! My son had the Little Cheeseburger and I had the regular Bacon Cheeseburger. We shared a medium Fries and both had a soda. The food was so fresh and delicious! Bonus fries in the bag and all the fresh fixin's you could want on your burger! I know people freak over In-N-Out, but this place is WAY better!  Be sure to enjoy the free peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. My son was astounded we were allowed to do it.

I've been to a few Five Guys and this is one of them. I only saw four guys working at the time but there were plenty of burgers and fries. SO MANY FRIES. It's a little pricey, but the food is excellent.
