First off the employees get Five Stars! They were very helpful with recommendations and friendly as well, absolutely no complaints there. The deduction in rating was: 1. The food is very over priced. Two burgers, 1 small order of fries, a small soda and a shake was $35. 2. Our dine in order was served in a paper bag. For the cost of the meal I don't expect a paper bag. We might return for a shake some time but I think a nice restaurant that serves burgers would be preferable at the price point Five Guys has.
Well I can start with. Ordering our food with a little bacon cheeseburger and the bacon cheeseburger for my kid and I. Thinking all went well. We got to the table and was checking my email and notice the receipt have 2 little cheeseburger. Rushed to the counter to let them know the guy charge me for 2 little. So the lady at the counter said “oh”. Well let me make you one single patty. She called me after a few minutes with a small foil tray. Felt super light for a redo. Opened it and she just made me a single. . The customer service in this place is hilarious.
The food is definitely not appetizing and the price of the food is ridiculous! You can get a completely flavorless burger for $11.69 plus tax and that's just for the burger! Add all the free topping for some flavor Fries and drinks are sold separately. A regular drink is over $3. Their small shakes ran $7.06 but it was actually good. A regular sized hotdog was $9 and some change. I spent $100 on a meal for 4 people and a milkshake for me at a burger joint that sells food with no flavor and fries that were cooked too long. At least you get free peanuts! The hype of Five Guys is just that, a hype. I overheard people saying that they would've been better going to In and Out.
Service experience was not bad but this is my 4th visit to that location and for some reason the fries are under cooked some are had and they are limp. Other locations cook the fries completely but I just am not a fan of the under cooked fries at this location. It's only 4 miles from my house but I'll drive the 17 miles to the other location. I live the fries and it makes the meal better so not having cooked fries makes the experience not so good for me
Great food! One of the best burgers in town. For sure the best chain restaurant burger and fries. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for.Food: 5/5
If you've never had the five guys Cajun fries do yourself a favor and stop doing whatever you're doing right now Google the closest five guys burgers and go get some immediately. They are a family favorite in our house. Burgers are awesome but the french fries are really the headline for me at five guys.
in general is good. fast food. average. but the people make the difference. bah.. would be a good example of how the treat the people. being there by mid day. when there is no customer and just existing. better compromise from the people would make the difference. 17 $ for a burguer and soda is in my opinion expensive. even the basic burguer..
Very expensive for the quality of food served. Lady charged me twice and to make up for it she served me something I didn't even order. The veggie "sandwich" should be called a veggie burger because it's served in burger buns, veggies were raw not sauteed like it stated. Cheese was not even melted, so "sandwich" fell apart horribly. Just very bad food and bad service. Spend over $60 on veggie sandwich, cheeseburger, fries, and stuff I didn't order. Just bad food and terrible customer service.
It was a hot mess and it's expensive. I don't think I'll be going back. Just not my thing.
Worst experience ever with this location. We had to clean our own table to eat. Literally every tabe was dirty. With how much the food is you would think cleanliness for customers would be top of the line. Dontbget me wrong the food is amazing. But to have to clean before we ate. Restaurant was not busy.
