The staff does not explain anything, the service is at zero. As a result, we just threw four dry burgers without any additives or vegetables into a bag and sprinkled with potatoes. Yes, it was our first time, but I think that's what people at the checkout are working for? The milkshake seems to be good. And it is so expensive.

I must admit I'm ADDICTED TO 5 Guys. Their Food is Phenomenal. Always quick and good service. I love the place. I don't know if it's considered fast food but it sure doesn't feel like it. I can't eat any fast food it always makes me sick and 5 guys makes me happy.

This location has went down the drain. Used to be fast and dependable, they've got my order wrong 3 times in a row and never add Patty's when I ask which is also a 3 dollar option. If you want something done right head to nifty fifty across the street it's worth the money. I hope Five Guys don't pay 15$ an hour cause it isn't deserved. If my meal cost 45$ you would at least hope it would be right. Will be going to nifty fiftys from now on.

Ordered the food ahead. Still waited for 30 minutes.  Then they decided to drop my fries.  40 minutes. If they weren’t back there playing video games or even cared. This will be the last time I visit that store !

This location has the best customer service and the food awesome. Every employee there had a smile on their face and is very courteous. I will definitely be going back!Food: 5/5

Horrible service…Manager Shakura whatever his name his cursed f word being of them as my food was being picked up. We asked why the fries were taking so long. When other people that came after us got fries before us. I called to express my upset and was screamed at by manager. Will never go back there. Calling corporate to handle this.

I had such an awful experience. Expecting a great burger meal for my dinner tonight.... and here I am with some burnt fries. I  presented it to the counter, and guess what, I  was given the same thing again 3min later. I  did not want to make  a scene, but really I  never expect it from a franchise I always praised for its delicious burger and great customer service. But today, this particular location did not live up to the reputation.

it’s been about four years since I last ate here at Five Guys. in four years the prices have gone through the roof !! This evening I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for $13 which doesn’t even make any sense I People insane $13 for a hamburger when I can go across the street to Nifty Fifty’s and get the same quality for $6.00 . Who comes up with these ridiculous prices I’ll take a look at the Bacon cheeseburger that I bought for $13 and tell me would you eat it it looks like a big cow patty you couldn’t even wrap it up and make it look neat you had to make it look sloppy and disgusting the bread was soggy just gross   Then you have the nerve to charge $8.00 for large french fries  So tell me what makes your french fries worth $8.00 again I can go across the street and get the same fresh french fries except get triple the amount for less !!!
