20 dollars for a double burger and regular fries???! The burger wasn't even that great, bread felt chewy and almost doughy. Nothing special about it, and the fries!!! 7 dollars for a small little cup of fries? Didn't they used to nearly fill the bag up with fries? The owners are cheapskates, I could have bought 2 meals from in n out for under 20 dollars
It a good hamburger like a BBQ with foil it comes with 2 meats kinda pricey for a soda and a cheese burger 16$$$$$Food: 5/5
4:54pm, the only customer to come in. They check my 10$ bill to see if it’s real. It’s fine. That kinda care for real tender must reflect my order right? Asked for no pickles because I’m allergic, and there’s pickles on my burger. Severely confused. No line out the door, no other orders being worked on. And they get it wrong. It’s laughable. Sad excuse for a fry topper and my shake was not made until I ask for it after my food had to be remade. A few customer comes in and these two kids become backed up. Nice going.
I have no problem paying for a premium burger. However when you then serve me something that looks like a sloppy joe and have a hissy fit when I tell you I'm not eating it and don't want to issue a refund..... Then you tell me "it was cooked properly. We just aren't allowed to make our own burgers anymore so now they fall apart. It still tastes right." No. No it doesn't. That's the nastiest burger I have ever had the pleasure of taking ONE bite out of. Y'all are disgusting
DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!! $50 to feed me and my two toddlers, and guess what we just spent all night at Kasier emergency room because my son wouldnt stop vomiting, the doctor confirmed it was something he ate, just for me to come home at 3AM after a long emergency visit and I start vomitting and having diarrhea. PLEASE I WARN YOU DO NOT COME HERE! Their food is absolutely disgusting It was my first and LAST TIME ever going there!
Okay I wanted a burger this is the only place on this side of the mall so I had to go here but was shocked at the prices I got a bacon cheeseburger and a bacon hot dog and a large drink came out to $28.76 outrageous.Food: 5/5
WAY TOO COLD INSIDE!!! Almost unbearable. Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't enjoy it comfortably. I love Five Guys but next time we are going somewhere else. Employees say they don't know how to control the temperature . Unfortunately, I will not be returning here.
GOOD old fashioned burger. Had the one with two patties and fries. DELICIOUS‼
The key is knowing what you get. The Hamburger is two patties. The Little Hamburger is one patty and so on.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
This place is WAAAAY overpriced. It cost me $18.04 for a "regular" burger, fries and a drink not the "little" versions....basically a #1 at In-n-Out where it is literally half the price...or less. This place is packed though so I guess everyone is making money these days. The burgers aren't even THAT good. Always overcooked, as apparently everyone except In-n-Out who leaves a little pink cooks their burgers well done instead of learning, or taking the time, to cook a burger right. If you like your burgers well done and devoid of flavor then I guess you're fine. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that their burgers aren't absolutely terrible and you get many "free" toppings to add but the extra star is there cause the cajun fries are genuinely good. That's the only thing I was actually craving when I came in. Also. I asked if they had a military discount and they don't. Fine, they don't have to. But then I asked if they had a senior discount just curious. The cashier didn't know but the cook chimed in, "They do if you're over 90"! my exclamation point And THEN he said they're gonna change it to over 100!! Was that some kind of lame joke? Other stuff still... It got busy but was slow when I came in. When I sat down 4 out of the 5 available tables were dirty and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in quite a while. Oh, they don't even give you a tray for your $18 meal, just a bag and an opportunity to make a giant mess for the next guy....that they apparently won't clean up. In fact, when I left, a couple needed the table and I helped them wipe it down as there was no one working the floor. And lastly, both Diet Coke and Caffeine-free Diet Cokes ran out when I was there. I told the guy putting the orders together and he said, "thanks,".....but no one ever changed them. Bottom line is, when you charge $18 dollars for a regular sized meal, your stuff better be perfect, and it wasn't.....hardly. All the things I mentioned are almost never a factor at In-n-Out. In the future I MIGHT just grab some cajun fries here and get everything else....anywhere else. Heck, for 18 bucks I can get that giant, brisket, pulled pork, burger-thing at Chili's that's great when THEY cook it right....see my other reviews about overcooked burgers there and I get good service and can kick it in the bar and watch T.V. All that for about the same as the $18 experience that Five Guys offers. Crazy
