Love the burgers. The location is easy to find but can be tricky Ford Rd is a zoo, lots of traffic with too many inconsiderate drivers speeding and not paying attention. However they are supposed to be open 7 days a week but went around 1pm the other day it was closed  But the burgers are crave Worthy.Food: 5/5

I had a family member working at this location and let me tell you about the disgusting things this place does. Now that he doesn't work there I can speak freely. This location is in a heavily Arabic location and if I were Arab I would not eat here. They have a bad habit of not communicating with arabics that are new here or have trouble speaking English that the food is not halal. I've been told that the employees were told not to bring up the fact of the food not being halal. In my opion the manager is a terrible racist and flat out horrible person. DO NOT EAT HERE. Especially if you eat halal. Also all the burgers there are made on a grill that cooks bacon.

To the fantastic staff that was there on 1/31/24 around 2pm, you were amazing!! Handled a gluten allergy to perfection! Thank you for having such enthusiasm for what you do. Thank you for taking the time and care with your customers! Thank you for making sure my wife's food was safe. You aren't just cooking burgers and fries you gave is an amazing experience.

Messed up my online order, called spoke with someone said it would be no problem to have it remade.. I call today & was told to come get my burger got there and was treated like I have to lie, steal food. Sad it’s always yo own people.Food: 1/5

As one of the newest Five Guys locations around, I can definitely say they have quality lock! The workers were very kind and patient. The establishment itself was clean. The food was neatly put together as best as a Five Guys location could do.Food: 5/5

The people working at the Five Guys in Dearborn Heights are extremely friendly, welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. The three people who helped me each went above and beyond, and for that, I am very thankful! The little hamburger and Cajun fries that I ordered for carry out were fresh, hot, really well prepared, and above all - absolutely delicious! The restaurant looked great, too. It was a really terrific dinner experience. Thanks again to the staff at the Dearborn Heights Five Guys!

I like that everything inside is brand new. Decent location. Burgers were good. Customer service not bad may be need more training.

Just came from there, watched the cook grab raw hamburgers, throw them on the grill, then grab buns and load them with veggies, and finish them off with the ketchup and mustard squirt bottles all with the same pair of gloves on. He cross contaminated everything in under a minute while I was watching.  If I get food poisoning, I know where it came from. Shouldn't have even eaten my burger, but I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. Not happy with the experience...

Now I know who the fifth guy is and what he does in this place hahhaa.... I just received a dog with cheese and a regular fry right.  I can't even eat these fries bruh! It's like you got the whole meal ready with my drink and it's all nice and tidy on the counter and then guide #5 comes over with a handful of salt over each outgoing bag on the counter and just DRENCHES EVERYBODY'S FOOD WITH SALT .  Like I wasn't even mad at first I STG, but bruhhh!!!! On some real talk.... Y'all could've salted one long french fry and just toss it in the bag and shook it up!  It would have been perfect! At first I just ate one or two and I started coughing, and then I started wiping the french fries off and then I was just like you know what this is a lost cause but the hot dog was fire so I guess it's not a total loss. I still ate today yo so I can't complain! and I hope nobody gets in trouble for this but I sincerely hope that this gets read out loud in your store and you guys all look at each other and be like yeah maybe we should lighten up on that pure sodium. Have a blessed day now   Dietary restrictions: The salt man!

Thank you for forgetting our bbq sauce on our bacon cheeseburgers when BBQ sauce was literally the only topping we got on our burgers. And the fries were barely cooked. What a waste of $35. Not that any of you even care.
