I normally have a good experience at this location. My last visit, however, was beyond words horrible. The customer service I received was extremely rude and I was dealing with the GM Ryan at this location. I was unable to use my debit card as credit and I was trying to explain to them my confusion because I used it the other day at that location as credit. Instead of explaining to me why I was unable to this time, instead the GM continued to belittle me, telling me that it was probably my fault, that either I didn't have enough money in my account or that I had a stolen or false card. Frustrated I ended up paying cash for my meal, only to hear the GM continue to complain about me and the situation while he was making my food. After I got my food and was leaving the store, the employees decided to laugh. I have never felt so appalled by a business and I cannot believe that a GM is allowed to behave in such a manner. I hope that the GM was just having a bad day and that belittling the customers isn't normal. Bad day or not, this was an extremely unpleasant experience that I feel like shouldn't be tolerated.

Five Guys is a good solid burger joint. Their burgers and ingredients are very fresh and cooked to order when you come in. I like that the option to add whatever toppings I want on my sandwich is included in the prices. Especially being able to ask for extra cheese! The fries are cooked fresh to order as well, but I am just not a fan of the kind they have here. My friends all say they are good, so just a personal preference on my part. I stick to the complimentary roasted peanuts instead.

Food and service at this location are both good. Staff is friendly and always greets you coming and going. The facility is clean and well kept. Orders are prepared quickly. I enjoy coming here for an occasional lunch.

I meant to post this a while ago but kept forgetting. Just over a month ago we placed an order over the phone. Picked up our food and went home. After getting home realized that my little bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. No big deal, but we were charged for it and I was sad... because we all know that Five Guys bacon is the best. Called the store and Ms. Myeisha apologized for the inconvenience and told us that she would completely comp our meal the next time we went in.

A week later we went in and received our free meal (we both only got burgers,) with a huge serving of complimentary fries. Myeisha was there and apologized again for the inconvenience and even offered us a shake on the house. We respectfully declined as she had already done more than enough... especially since I was just missing bacon.

Once our food was ready she had a staff member personally bring us our food and apologized again. I've got to say, this is absolutely fantastic customer service! The food is always delicious and the staff has always been very kind and respectful. 

I also hear that Ms. Myeisha is currently in the running for management. My opinion probably won't account for much, but she is very well deserving of this position. With the quality of service she provides, I'm sure she'll continue to be an asset to this company.

Ordered two Large fries and they put spice on top of the Fries.  I wanted regular fries.  What a waste of money.

Very clean and friendly service. Food quality is consistently good. Value is ok as prices have gone up so burger, fries and a drink are now $10+.   But it IS a great burger....
