Normally we love 5 guys today we took our food to go i got half way through my food and it set my mouth lips and throat on fire. I was not very happy.

Five Guys's popularity is one of the most perplexing and yet entertaining oddities in the culinary world that I have ever seen. The fries are absolutely terrible; soggy, lukewarm potato logs served in a brown paper bag that any homeless alcoholic would be proud to tote around. The burgers, while decent, are incredibly overpriced.

The two women working tonight were very rude. My sister and I put an online order in around 7:30 and said we would come get it around 9. We ended up showing up about 10 mins early just letting them know we put an order in and the women treated us like we were stupid for showing up a little early. We weren't being rude or demanding, just simply letting them know why we were there. The whole time we were sitting minding our own business they kept glaring at us, whispering, and just being plain awful for no reason. I have worked in food service and that's no way to treat people. When we were heading out one of the women liked to remind us to read our receipt to know what hamburger was ours. My sister and I will never go back.
