Terrible experience. Rated 1 out of 5 stars because there is no option to give them a 0. 3/4 of the machines in the laudromat don't work. My money was taken on one of the machines. I waited for other people last clothes to dry and for there to be an empty machine and it made the process longer. After I went to check and see if my clothes were dry one of the staff members told me that they closed in three minutes (5pm). I told the man in the most kind way possible that the google article on the laundromat said they closed at 7, but the man proceeded to tell me that I would have to leave WITH MY WET CLOTHES. On top of all of this the entire laundromat had a very run down and gross vibe. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Great laundromat! The service is great and the prices are really good! I will be recommending this place for sure. Best laundromat around my area

NEVER go to or spend money at 5 Points Laundromat. As I was doing my laundry the attendant kept lighting up cigarettes right inside the door, since the wind kept blowing the smoke inside I moved, I even got up and went outside. Eventually I had to get my comforters, and by then all three attendants were lighting them up one after the other. When I asked them if they could not smoke inside and pointed to my belly, which should have been obvious, I said I'm almost 5 months pregnant. They said excuse us, how were we supposed to know you weren't overweight, all you had to do was ask nicely. Then proceeded to call me a smart ass and then continued to berate me, as I told them I should be able to do my laundry without standing outside in the cold or worrying about the dangers of second hand smoke to my baby. When I asked for the owner's number, the man seemed to not know anything, one woman said she wasn't the attendant the man was, and the second lady said even if she knew it she couldn't give it to me. So I had to take my comforters, not fully dry, and leave. As I pulled away, one of the women stood outside waving her arm, as hard as she could, while flipping me off. Wow, just wow!
