Our dog woke me up at 12am clearly in a lot of pain. We had no idea what happened since she was just sleeping on the bed. But she was panting and shaking very badly. We were SO thankful there was an emergency vet not too far away. We took her in and they said she might have a back injury or leg injury (luxating patella) and that we could do x-rays but since she wasn't that bad and could walk/run that we could give her some meds and wait. At 9pm that night we brought her back in because we thought she might have been having a bad reaction to one of the meds. She was very anxious and couldn't sit still. There was a different vet working that night and she said she thought it was a leg injury and that the reaction was from pain not the meds. She suggested we find a local vet since we didn't have one yet and take her in for x-rays on Tuesday. We did just that and it turns out it was a rib injury. My review is based on the fact that everyone at the office was nice and caring. I'm OK with the two different diagnoses because we didn't get x-rays (so how could they know for sure?) I felt that they did a good job making my dog a lot more comfortable through a long holiday weekend until I could get her in to a regular vet on Tuesday. Their prices were comparable to other emergency vets in other cities we lived in. I was told we wouldn't be charged an exam fee if we brought her back in that weekend. However, we were charged another exam fee that same day. So, I took off a star for that. But other than that, they were great and I'm thankful they are here!

I just took my boston terrier to the vet there. She was having issues walking. They were very thorough and careful. They were not overly priced for the service that was provided and they made sure to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The staff there was very loving and sweet. I definitely recommend them and will be back there for any other emergencies.

They would not replace my dogs oxygen tank when it ran out unless we brought more money that night. Not very caring.

Had to use them when a stray cat attacked my Boston Terrier and tore her eyes up. They were fast and efficient about getting us back and checking her out. They took great care of her and helped to calm me down. Would use them again if needed. Very friendly and comforting environment.

They never touched my dog and told me my dog had kennel cough and sold me meds for kennel caugh. Took my dog to his vet the next day and he had congestive heart failure. I will never use them again.
