I went to this dealership last night for a new Jeep Patriot. Mr Usher did an amazing job even though he's new. He was very patient with me and all of my questions. During purchase I was so excited that I wasn't thinking of everything. Upon leaving I only have three minor complaints: there wasn't a second key available and there was no offer to create a second key for my husband; there was some type of tag left on my key that should've been removed (as luck would have it, another gentleman caught that fact and removed it); and the car was not gassed up (I was on empty when I left the lot and had to stop at the closest gas station). We love Jeep and we love Five Star and to be so young and new I think Mr. Usher did an amazing job, but he has to remember the little details in the future.

I recently went to the 5 Star Chrysler Dodge in Warner Robins, for maintenance last week and a recall repair this morning. I was fortunate to have had Mr. Jay Tull, service rep, take care of my vehicle during both visits. I have been going to this dealership for maintenance since the Winter of 2014 and have never experienced anything less than courteous and professional customer service from any of the service reps that work there. Jay on the other hand is an exception in my opinion, because he was very genuine during his interactions with me both in person as well as via text messaging. At both visits, Jay got my car checked in rapidly, kept me abreast of the status of my car and alerted me via text once my car was done while I was running errands in town, in order to get me back on the road in an expedient fashion without compromising quality service or safety! I give Jay "5 Stars" for the value he not only places on his job by representing Chrysler Dodge in an "outstanding" manner, but because Jay makes you feel like an actual "person" and not just another number in line like I have experienced at out of state Dodge dealerships who by the way...can learn a thing or two from professional and respectable gentlemen like Mr. Jay Tull...keep up the amazing work!!!

Most people do negative reviews and don't report the good stuff. The service I received from Carlos Nelson was A-1. He was very professional and personable. I didn't tell pressures or rushed in any way. I walked away happy and satisfied... Great Customer Service without being too pushy. Thanks Carlos... See you soon!

Had a great shopping experience with salesmen Daniel Sweat and Adrian Robinson. Helped get my kid sister into her first car. The sales team and finance people were top notch. I'll be seeing them soon for a truck!

I was referred to Warner Robins from another dealer. Carlos Nelson helped me to try to find a new truck. I was looking for a truck with a lot of specific options and Carlos expended a great deal of effort and time helping me. He kept in constant contact with me and I was very happy with his service. I would definitely recommend Carlos and the dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle.
