We used them to pack a trailer for an intestate move. When the trailer arrived the entire load had shifted. We had several pieces of furniture destroyed, including an antique table. Many other pieces were badly scarred, gouged and dented. When i contacted them about an insurance claim, I was told I only had insurance if I used their truck. Don't recommend them at all.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I hope that I'm the exception. I had three major issues with this company and I'll address them each. 

(1) The movers broke off a piece of trim on the front porch of my old house that we had just listed. Very much an eyesore. They did end up fixing it, but it took 13 days to do so. That's the first 13 days on the market with a big chunk of the front missing. The owner of the business was very rude to me when I asked about getting them to fix it and would not give me a timeframe on the repair, even after I explained about our house having just been listed. I had to call 5 times and each time was met with, "Didn't I already tell you I was going to fix it?!" and then still no timeframe.

(2) The movers put a big scratch on the front of one of my bookshelves. This was frustrating, but understandable. They said that they would send someone with a furniture marker to make it look a little better, but they have not (2 weeks later) and I'm fairly certain that they will not be doing so. I will update if they do.

(3) When I discovered that the movers had scratched the above mentioned bookshelf, they spent 20 minutes arguing about whose fault it was. This was on the clock. At $130/hour. That's a $43.33 argument if you're counting at home.

I would absolutely not recommend using this company to anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way that the owner handled them was extremely unprofessional. I am an extreme small business advocate, but bad service is bad service. It is a shame that this man handles his company the way that he does.

Charged me by the half hour and included the 45 minutes that the movers disappeared and evidently went for lunch, even though they had only been moving from 8-10 AM when they decided to leave.  Several items (book cases, portraits) were damaged during the move.  A couple of small items were still on the truck and I only noticed because I personally inspected the truck before they left.  
They were less expensive than some rival companies but I certainly do not recommend.

I highly recommend Five Star! The crew was very friendly and arrived about 10 minutes early. They handled all of my belongings with care and even helped me remember to unplug a few things from my wall outlets. They finished in great time and were polite the whole way through. I'm high satisifed with the service I received and recommend them to anyone.
