hour service was answering service, Did promptly schedule service call. technician was friendly, repair estimate was generated by office for work and was double what was allowed by home warranty reimbursement (estimate was 3 hours labor @ $327 and $89.35 in parts, two elements and two thermostats, for $416.35 total) so ended up having to pay an hour service call of $109 and not having the issue repaired due to misalignment with what customary fee should be for work as established by warranty company. Second plumber replaced the elements, top and bottom, and issue was fixed in about 30 minutes.

Was told $135 - $150 but was charged $213.50.  Ended up worse after they were there and it was a city main pipe problem. I wasted $213.50.

When an after hours plumbing issue came up, Five Star was quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future if the need ever arises.
