I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs. They have very friendly, organized and helpful staff to assist you with your storage unit. They respond to emails, phone calls, etc. in a quick manner. I knew my items in my unit were always safe with 5 star storage!

Star Storage is the best storage rental facility in the Bismarck/Mandan area.  Easy access, very secure, great staff, clean and very easy to deal with if you do have any issues. Paying online for the unit is very easy and convenient to say the least.   I highly recommend 5 Star Storage and will personally never rent from anywhere else.

Shopping around for local storage options. This was the only place of the dozen or so that I contacted that incapable of answering their phone (several attempts were made). Great business model. Glad I wasnt yet a tenant who actually needed support.
