Scheduled a drain clean for the next day.  *No show*.  Re-scheduled for the next day.  Again, ... *no show*.  They texted me and said they could be there in 15 mins.  Five minutes later they texted me back and said "no, they wouldn't be able to do it until the next day".  Poor customer service.  Would not recommend.

I called Fix It Fast and they were there on time the next day as promised.  The work was stellar and the guys were super professional.  This is the second time I've used this company with excellent results.  I would highly recommend Fix It Fast for anyone looking to get the job done right and get done quickly.  Sam and his guys really took care of me.  Great service!!  Thanks again guys!!

Terrific Service at a very reasonable price.   The sewer line in my garage had backed up, and when I called they answered right away.   Dennis arrived within the hour, and cleared the line.   It was a relief on all levels, including my waller.
