Beautiful place, staff very kind! But expensive. New theater numbering system is confusing too. Would give higher rating if a family could afford to go-to a movie together and have a popcorn. My husband and I bought a $15 bucket thinking you got free refills but it's $4 for a refill. I thought the savings would be worth going there instead of driving to Regal in Augusta. But I guess it's up to you. At least at Augusta Regal there's free refills on lg popcorn and drinks, reserved seating and reclining super comfy seats. It's really too bad because I'd like to keep our business closer to home.

Went to see Hostiles.  Arrived just before the movie and was able to get a good seat.  The movie theater is clean and the prices aren't outrageous.  The clientel are mature and respectful.a

Absolutely no concern for the customer experience.  Like paying for a Mustang and getting a Focus.  The popcorn is bagged hours ahead of time.  Their new butter makes my wife and I sick, and management says we are not the only ones complaining... but also says it will not be changed and that if it bothers me to go without.  Theater was so cold last time I was there I had to keep my winter jacket on.  When management was asked, a refund was not available.  Took 4 days for them to decide to close the doors because they could not keep the heat running right...  Submitted my concerns on Facebook, only to get my concerns dismissed, even though I've spent $180 there from just 12-14-17 to 12/29/17.  It is time to bring my entertainment business to other local establishments.

Clean and comfortable. Polite staff. Price comparable to other theaters. No problem with movie. Sit back and enjoy. Offers 8 movies.

I like their movie selection, and I agree that Flagship tickets are a little less pricey than Regal's; however, the seats are horribly uncomfortable, and since you can't guarantee where you're sitting, on busy showings you might end up in row closest to the screen, which is WAY closer than other theatres I've been to. I went to see Beauty and The Beast here and it killed my neck, and the images were all distorted and strange looking from the angle. I like to pay a little more for Regal's reclining seats.
