Decent price for parking in Boston. Kind of centrally located and easy to get in and out of.

Byfar the worst experience EVER! I am not from the area and struggled to find parking. I opted for parking in this garage which is only valet. I went around the corner to pick up a dress and returned after 40 minutes. After handing over my claim check I overheard the young man say they misplaced my key. Then, the two men start asking me what my car looked like and when did I check in. I started to feel uneasy and anxious as they question me in this small dark space which is where they keep their keys and check vehicles out. Once they realize they can't find it they proceed to help other customers. After 25 minutes of waiting, I'm now enraged and scared. They have their "manager" also known as Gregory begin to look for my car. In the end, one of the valet men found my car after being asked 3x for my car description and rough time estimate of arrival. In total 40 minutes. I didn't think it was fair that I be charged $12 for the time I waited while they searched. However, this manager stated that he had about 500 keys and that it happens. He didn't apologize nor offer to have me pay for the actual time my car would have been there had they not misplaced my key/car (should have been $8). As I made my payment, an older woman started asking why there was a delay and he apologized to her and said he would be right with her. I felt discriminated and taken advantage of. I also had nobody else to go to because he was the "manager." Very disappointed with how it all turned out. I am now awaiting a return call from corporate. Will post update.

Worst experience ever. They stole bunch of quarter coins in the car and denied, which happened obviously in this garage. Please don't come here to park. Someone will steal something in your car. And there is no other choice but using valet parking in here.
