Ever since they are under new management is different food is made to order which it should be a good thing but if you are in your lunch break is not a good place to go since they will take up to 15 minutes to prep and you will have to be back soon.

Love there rice and beef bowl , it's so addicting,  there staff are really friendly and always with a smile, the owner is very nice  , clean environment .

This place is under new management/owners. I have to say that unfortunately the quality of both food and service has gone downhill. 
I only have a short lunch break and used to get my food quickly but now it takes them around 15 minutes to get an order out even when the place is virtually empty. 
Food quality has gone down. The chicken is over saturated with sauce and the rice is very soggy. The final nail in the coffin is that they also reduced their meat portion and increased rice to compensate. 
Its really sad that I need to find an alternative place to get my lunch.

Horrible service, cheaply done today, I order a regular chicken bowl with half avocado but the rice was over cooked, very little chicken meat in it, the avocado was like as if they were rationing it didn't even look like it was half of avocado at at & I paid extra for that!!!! The whole bowl was small portions like a mini bowl but I paid full price for regular, horrible, horrible, horrible.  I have been here before but never been so cheated on portions before, sad service, sad over all today.
