I have ordered flowers from this florist several times. I live out of the area, so I definitely want someone I can trust to be reliable in the quality of their product and their delivery since the flowers I order are for important people in my life and important events for them (for birthdays, funerals, celebrations of life, etc). Unfortunately, I've rarely gotten to see their product in person, although the recipients have consistently praised their work. But, this week I had two birthdays to purchase flowers for, and I had an online promo code that I used through teleflora where I picked a picture of a bouquet I liked (I'm still unsure which florist made and delivered this one). And then for the second order, I contacted Flamingo florist directly and described what I wanted. They are always polite and helpful. And this arrangement I was in town for and able to see in person, and it was beautiful!!! They did exactly what I asked and exceeded expectations! The picture didn't do it justice. The other flower arrangement from the online promotional order was disappointing as it looked nothing like the picture. So, this unintentional experiment confirmed that I will order directly from Flamingo florist from now on, because it's completely worth spending a little extra!

Rude and Terrible. Use this company only if you want an extremely frustrating homework assignment, not if you want flowers. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day (as I have with other companies, many times and without incident) and instead of flowers my Mom has a card describing their half assed attempt at delivery. Her condo has both a phone with her room on the condo directory, and (if they had tried and couldn't have reached her) an air conditioned room where they could have left them (as dozens of other florists had before), but rather than that she eventually found a card (in that same room) saying they had been there but without information on how to now receive the bouquet. We both looked up the number, called and left messages (none of which were returned) and on the day after mother's day when one (of the many) attempts to reach them were successful, they were extremely rude and unapologetic. So I say again, use this company only if you want an extremely frustrating homework assignment, not if you want flowers.

Creative and clever, can do the traditional as well as out of the box floral design. Debi and her staff are masterful at creating what a client expects and then some!
