So far so good! They were really helpful and personable, not pushy or anything like that. They have a huge selection for all budgets. My furniture will arrive in at least 2 weeks but they said it usually takes 7-10 so we'll see. Highly suggest you stop by just to look if you're in the area & market for furniture!
I purchased some merchandise from this store. I got already 4 days delivery with four different products that I bought but didn’t receive sofa yet and it’s been 41 days....I just talked to costumer service and they don’t even know when it will be delivered. Finally I got last delivery after two months. Delivery service extremely bad!
Flamingos furniture store was unwelcoming since the day I stepped foot inside. They gave me less quality service because I had a government voucher for furniture that had already gotten approved. They wanted to give us whatever what was left 3 weeks later when the approval had went through; such as floor items that were low quality and was not worth the voucher. Which was worth 1,000. The lady in the store liked to go back and forth and tried to use her words against mine. Saying how they don’t put anything on hold however, was willing to negotiate with other clients outside of the voucher. And not only that, tried to convince me what bed I had previously wanted by showing me a whole different bed. DO NOT COME TO FLAMINGOS FURNITURE STORE WITH GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE VOUCHERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL DISCRIMINATED.
I have purchased living room and a dining room table on 2 different occasions. The sofa was a floor model that they sent me. He stated that even if I was getting a discount he would not send the floor model but he did. Further more it wasn’t leather and I knew that but he also stated that that this new material would not tear at the seems and it did. This sofa cost me about $800 and I had to patch it up with leather strips. I purchased a dining table which was delivered today and I notice that the chair has a scratch and a whole in th chair. So I called and the lady is okaying me to death. This furniture store is a rip off and very unprofessional. Telling me to bring the chair back when I paid for delivery and set up! So she’s telling me that I have to wait for New chairs… let’s see what happens!?
Thank you Jose for a Job well done!!! My Mom and I had a great experience looking for a dinning room set. We are very pleased at the wide selection that was available. We were greeted from the moment we walked in by the entire staff throughout the store. We had time to look around without being overwhelmed or rushed. Great shout out to the delivery team who were in and out in five minutes with no problems. Extremely professional!! Way to go Team Flamingo!!! Please thank the receptionist who kept us up to date with the delivery service.
BEWARE! 3 guys came into my grandmothers house, stated they would bring down the old furniture after bringing up the new. My grandma tipped $60, the guys left without taking down the furniture and one of the men took the full $60 without dispersing to the other guys. Crooks. I’d go elsewhere.
I was very happy with my purchase! Flamingo has a great selection of furniture and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Jonathan and Wynn are exceptional salesman. They are very knowledgeable with the inventory and gave reasonable prices. I will definitely tell all my friends and family to go there for future purchases.
I placed an order back in March and I still have not received my complete order. The promise of two to three week delivery was all a lie. When they finally contact me for delivery I received a bed frame with no mattress a dining table with scratches and stains. Every piece of my order was delivered separately every week. Now is May and still waiting on a dresser. Just spoke to rep and they have no idea when it’s possible to receive my dresser. And that’s not all. I order my grandson furniture in January. Finally it was delivered a few weeks ago. But a draw was damage by delivery and set up person. It has not been fix or given an exchanges as promised. Big mistake shopping here.
The salesperson, Wynn, very quickly asked all the right questions and directed me to pretty much exactly the kind of bedroom set I was looking for. His supervisor one of the owners, I believe was extremely understanding and accommodating of our needs. Though I ended up spending more than I initially planned, I got everything I was looking for in one place, with delivery and assembly. It was definitely expensive but all but one of the items is solid wood and all seem pretty quality.
Ordered a sofa/love seat set and was initially disappointed that my delivery didn’t come on time and that there was a small tear on one of the pieces, but John from the warehouse went above and beyond to deliver the set quickly and sent over a specialist to repair the tear. Wynn was also very accommodating and helped us find what we were looking for. Good quality, nice looking furniture.
