The worst experience ever.

I have terrible experience with them. I heard about them from Groupon, it looked like a good deal on Groupon. So I bought the groupon, but I went there multiple times before my car was washed. I made an appointment with them at 6pm, someone on the phone said "OK". But when I got there, I was told they are close at 6, and they denied the existence of the guy on the phone who told me I had the appointment at 6pm. So they refused to wash my car.

Because of the groupon, I went back the other day, they cleaned my car. I quickly found out several dirty spot and scratch mark on the glass, thought it was a small issue so I left. However the second day, I found so many dirty spots and scratch mark on each of the glasses. I came back and talked to them. The owner claimed it was because of something falling from the tree, and since I didn't come back sooner, he didn't trust me, and refuse to clean it up. Instead he wanted to charge me 5 bucks to clean the glasses. I felt sorry for myself that I gave them 5 bucks tips earlier.

I am tired arguing with the owner, so I gave up and clean the glass myself. If you have groupon, you should know the owner are not nice at all to groupon buyer. If you don't  have a groupon. Re-think about it before you go there and "clean" your car.
