Spoke with a woman on the phone who had great costumer service skill and was very polite, making sure all my questions were answered and if there was anything else she could do.

We have built two homes in the Flathead Valley and FEC have always been great to work with, including the engineering department. They return calls promptly and the customer service was very nice and helpful.
