Super impressed! All I had to do was provide Tirzah with Flathead Insurance my current policy in one email and she was able to to all the behind the scenes work and respond to me within hours with a quote saving me 800$, almost half my premium?! Further my house actually has increased coverage for the reduced price. I would give my strongest recommendation to just let her take a look. She will reply rapidly with your actual policy quote and a simple explanation highlighting the differences. Huge thanks to Flathead Insurance!!

For a number of years I had another agent, who then sold to Flathead Insurance. What an improvement in service since Flathead took over my account! I have not once had to call to ask to have a mistake corrected - they simply have always done things correctly the first time. Everyone I've dealt with has been competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. On top of that, they are delightful to talk with.  I have recommended both this agency and Safeco to several friends already and will continue to do so.
