I'm saddened to say that your customer service is very bad. My hair did not come out like the picture at all. It was not done the way I wanted in the pictures.Your reasoning is I left the salon happy well that's true but it's only because I was trying to be nice and not hurt anyone's feelings and thought if I reached out to Sabrina (the one who did my hair) that maybe she could refix my hair for me the way I would like. And for you guys to tell me I have to pay full price is ridiculous, yes I know we had some bad communication and didn't really understand the concept of bayalage or highlights at first. But if you were going to charge me it would of at least been a nice courtesy for you to have me pay half. At that point I left because I would rather pay someone who has better service with their customers, especially a first timer. I'm really sad I had to put in money for my hair and not come out the way I wanted. Your #1 piority is to make your customers happy and thats not the case. First time going and definitley my last.

Amazing salon with skilled and friendly stylists! I honestly don't trust anyone else to do my [extremely dense & curly] hair. My hair is also very long so I couldn't beat the price even with the olaplex treatment ($50) to soften and smooth my tresses. Whereas I've payed $50-70 just to blow out and my straighten my hair at OTHER salons. 😒

Seriously Flawless is the best I've seen in the Cleveland area since I moved here in 2012. A lot of other salons jump right into doing drastic things with your hair only for it not to turn out the way you envisioned. At Flawless you do the consultation first so you can come up with the perfect game plan and ask your stylist any questions you have. That's not only professional but thoughtful because most women love their hair and it deserves to be treated with care. 💕

I had the best experience at FLAWLESS!  The service is phenomenal from the moment you enter the door.  If you want to unwind and just pamper yourself this is the place to go and you won’t leave disappointed.  I left out of there feeling like a new woman with my new do, makeup and lashes.  I couldn't stop the compliments and questions – “Who did your hair?” “Did you do your own makeup?”  I couldn't take the credit and pointed straight to FLAWLESS.  I would without a doubt recommend the lovely ladies at this salon to any women who wants to look and feel FLAWLESS.
