I have been shopping at Fleet Feet since it opened in Fort Mill. I love not only the atmosphere in the store but the employees. I feel so welcomed and part of the family now. The owner of the store Catherine takes such pains to make sure everyone has the best experience and if something is wrong and brought to her attention she will make it right. I know this because i wanted to try a new brand of running shoes but after a week i knew they were not for me i went in and they switched them out for my normal brand no problem. I also love the new Fit ID within minutes they analyzed my feet and told me the perfect shoe for me. If you are in the market for anything running related or a good running program this is the store for you.

The owners and the entire team are helpful professionals who truly care for the health & welfare of those fortunate enough to walk through their door. They listen to their customers and are knowledgeable about running and their product line. No matter where you are in the Charlotte metro area, you'll find it well worth your time to visit Fleet Feet Fort Mill (1750 SC-160, #117).

I came in on a Saturday and had a great experience. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and very focused on helping me. However, the next Saturday my wife came in and she was helped by an older gentleman who didn't seemed concerned about giving her the same focus as the young lady the week before. My wife was so excited to come back from when we were there the week before but it soon became obious that she would be very disappointed. He paid more attention to everyone else around and it seemed like he didn't care. She decided to hang with it but in the end she was very unhappy about the lack of focus. This wasn't the only issue while she was there either. There were problems at the register and he never seemed to really care there were issues. It was a very unpleasant experience and I was so disappointed when she came home and explained her whole ordeal.She was so upset and said she never wanted to go back.

Fleet Feet has been excellent to work with. I was coming back from a serious injury. Their training programs and advice have helped me to not only get back to running again, but to post times I could be proud of. I recommend them for both new and experience runners alike.
