Staff was attentive & helpful! I was able to find the right shoes for myself & my husband with the assistance/guidance of Kevin. I worried about having my son with me as he cannot sit still to save his life however, Katy was kind enough to keep an eye on him & keep him entertained at times so the gentleman could help me find the right fit of shoe. I would highly recommend this store as they offered the BEST customer service I have ever received. Kevin & Katy both went above & beyond for which I am grateful.

Incredible staff. Incredible store. Incredible service. 10/10 would recommend going here. This is the way buying shoes should be- you not only get individual treatment with people who want you to have the best fitting shoes, but they have an amazing return policy if you don't like them or if something happens to them. Their services extend way past just purchasing a pair of shoes with their involvement in the community. I assumed it would be outrageously expensive, but it's no where near. Ask for Katy or Kevin, they're both amazing people.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to talk to me about different shoes, let me try them on and even run in them. They have running events every week that are also very fun!

What makes Fleet Feet Sports such a great place are its people and its services. The staff, led by owner Kevin Lachenmyer, learns their products by heart. They are extremely knowledgable on shoes, apparels and other running essentials and accessories. They are very attention to details on each customer's needs, taking time listening to customer's concerns, providing technical information on shoe selections. There is a wide variety of running shoes available in the store, down to every series and brand. Kevin often says they would not be happy until their customers are happy, so everyone is guaranteed a satisfying shopping experience and leaving with the best possible product fit to their needs. In addition to selling running gears, Fleet Feet Sports organizes twice-a-week running clubs and special training programs, helping local runners on either social fun runs or serious race trainings. The store is pet friendly and kids friendly, too. I have never seen anyone leaving the store with any expression other than a happy smile.

This was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had, which sounds weird I know. My whole life I have struggled with running because I get terrible shin splints. I can only run for a few weeks before the pain is unbearable. I shared this with Kevin at the store and he was incredible. First he watched me run and recorded my motion. He explained how my physical build, running gate, and shoe choice all led to my shin pain. He clearly knew his stuff talking about the different causes of inside and outside pain. Once he had seen me run and looked at my foot he just went to the back, grabbed a pair of shoes and insoles and came back and said "I recommend these ones." Not cocky, just confident. I still don't know what makes these shoes different than the many others I tried but I have been training for a half marathon now for almost two months and feel great! As far as I'm concerned Kevin is like the rain man of shoes. The fleet feet team have become more like an encouraging community than just vendors of goods. I will be a customer for life!
