I brought my teen age daughter to Fleet Feet because I felt she was not choosing  and wearing the proper shoes and sports bra for her activities. The sales associates assessed her needs and made excellent recommendations. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous, and I appreciated the time taken to satisfy our needs. I highly recommend this store for people who care about getting the right product and fit.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Just seemed like they wanted to find my daughter the correct show for her cross country needs. The associate that helped us was Evan and he really made us feel comfortable.

Absolutely impressed from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left with my new properly fitted sneakers.  The undivided, individual attention was amazing and something I had never experienced before.  My consultant, Danielle, was patient and provided a few suggestions that helped me choose my new sneakers that are the best that I've ever had.  Thank you!

Knowledgeable sales personnel that helped me find the right shoe for my running needs. Fleet Feet has  a large selection of shoes and apparel. I love that I can try as many shoes as I want without feeling rushed. I always walk out satisfied and knowing that I have the right shoes.

I'm an hour from Syracuse and it was worth the drive. The sneaker store in new Hartford was constantly selling me shoes that were wrong for my foot type and caused pain but fleet feet gained a new customer. I'll definitely be going back!
