We just started frequenting Fletchers on the past few months. I have been surprised to see a few negative reviews here because of the staff treating people disrespectfully, especially ladies. That has most certainly not been our experience there. My daughter and I have purchased multiple firearms there. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful each time. They even matched a price on a gun I found at another brick and mortar store that was on sale. The only not positive thing I have to say (and I only mention this because clearly the owner is engaged and reads these reviews) is that the range could be a little bit more brightly lit, but it really isn't that big of a deal....obviously it isn't or else I would not have bought a one year range membership (maybe it is my old eyes). I think they have a great business and will keep going back.

Update - they did install new lighting and it is great!

I enjoy shooting here when the weather gets cooler. The staff is always nice and very knowledgeable. The only reason they didn't receive five stars is the ammo is a bit pricey. The gun rental program is excellent when trying to decide which gun to purchase!

The range staff was friendly and informative. I had brought some first time shooters and there was an area near the range where I could talk for several minutes about how to shoot before entering the range. The range was clean and well lit. There was a 30 feet minimum distance on the range but I kind of enjoyed that. All together it was a great experience and I highly recommend this range!

As a USCCA & NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer I appreciate their safety procedures, courtesy and professionalism. If there was one MINOR thing I'd suggest but not worth deducting a star, it was a little on the warm side in the range area. (I prefer hot over cold so I can live with this!) While I have a good collection of pistols they have MANY on their rental wall and I may go to rent other guns just to try more that I've not yet shot. Not talking with them about buying guns, I'd trust a novice was in good hands with their level of professionalism.

I loved this place. I have never shot a gun before and they helped me so much. They gave me so much information. I bought my first gun there and I will definately be back.
