Pretty expensive and not much choices. I got a lemonade one time that tasted like overpowered lemon water. Coffee is nothing great. The atmosphere is nice, but get there quick or all the hipsters will take the comfy seats. I prefer to go somewhere else. My husband really likes it though. After a year, I've found one delicious drink that's made me like the place a lot more.

Alright first things first, they have some really good product here. The pour-over coffee options are great and incredibly tasty (the best in the area). It’s incredibly refreshing to find a coffee shop that isn’t muddled with burn tasting dark roasts. The bagels are awesome and live up to the hype (the sandwiches can be greasy be warned). Can’t speak to the espresso, but it was fine the few times I’ve tried it. The culture of this place is garbage though. I spent my entire morning hearing one of the managers and following staff blab about a sales goal they set for themselves that they had almost reached. For me, that’s a huge turn off. If I’m to be a patron of an establishment, I’d rather not have the operators openly speak about my experience as their direct capital. That’s just upsetting an unprofessional. There’s also this “best of the world we’re saving the seacoast coffee scene” attitude here that is really upsetting me. I enjoy an ultra fancy tasty cup of coffee just as much as the next person, but you don’t need to treat this store as if we’re in New York by getting yourself off with your product. There’s no need to tell people here that you’re the elite and you should buy into it. People will either recognize it or ignore it here rather than congratulate themselves on it’s opulence. Change your attitude, or move to an actual city. There’s no room for that here. For most people who feel the way I do, they already recognize this and feel the same way pretty quickly, but I still feel like it should be vocalized. These days, I try my coffee, buy my bags, and make my own at home.

Love the great bites and pour overs, anytime I'm going up the highway to ski, I always make it a point to take a detour and grab a cup of coffee from this place.

Their espresso and coffee drinks are the best in the area. I thought the bookstore moving in was a good idea (i love books) but since it moved in the space has been crowded and the wonderful smell of coffee muttled by a funky smell. (Not the good old book smell but the dirty book smell)

Great atmosphere. Under new management so we're coming back to give it another try. Some thoughts: 1) the coffee and espresso is sour - stomach acid sour - move away from the Flight roast and bring in a better bean - or offer both, 2) serve more than 12oz cups (24oz+) and let people select a few flavors and pour their own, 3) do sandwiches - few kinds of sliced bread, few meats / cheeses / spreads, tomato, lettuce, pickle - no one in town does normal sandwiches, it's all subs - there's one other cafe in town and they don't serve food -step up and you'll be golden, 4) People want to meet after work in places other than restaurants and bars, stay open past 4pm 5) don't act like a big city cafe - listen to Dover, do Dover. Looking forward to getting a cafe back in downtown Dover!
