I was carrying things every week was constantly asking them to iron my husbands collars on his shirts down all the way, at any rate didn't understand but for got it. Was spending at least 50 60 and more every other week or so. Even sending people there. Last year a blouse of mine was missing we couldn't find it they said we counted so I said keep it moving but they didn't try to make good. Then a few months ago my husband Jackie came up missing the answer was we counted which they can make mistakes counting which other things are from other cleaners are bought in. You know even though they list my husbands Polo jacket I have a problem with that they never tried to make it good. If you carry anything to them make sure you count yourself. The bad thing is I trusted them but they let me know they didn't want any more of my business.
