I had been looking for a "very specific" Chanel boy bag with a handle for over a year. I finally located at flip flip in Nashville!   I was so excited I drove from Atlanta to pick it up rather than having it shipped.   The customer service was outstanding! Ebony was so friendly she even recommended the best barbecue place while we were in town. The manager Mark was awesome! After a brief misunderstanding, (on my part), he put my mind to ease and was very professional, patience and understanding! I would highly recommend shopping at their two boutiques!!!

Not a good place to consign stuff... unless you are an Esquire or GQ model and own that type of fresh style clothing. Who owns that stuff? I'm sure some folks do. Seems like a good place to shop. However, not all goods are consigned (used) stuff. They carry new items from an exclusive brand called Peter Douchebag or something. So there's a lot of new stuff. Took in my very nice and stylish Hugo Boss suit... Because it doesn't fit anymore. $800 new. Flip was not interested because it had 3 buttons... LOL. Honestly I don't think suit styles change that much but I'm also not a fashion guru.

Well I was so entertained by the response below from the owner that I bumped them up from 1 to 2 stars. While I did take the suit in several years ago and decided not to consign, the rest of that story is an untruth. The owner must have a lot of time on his hands to weave such a yarn

The staff here are highly annoying, and behave alot like annoying car salesmen. One of them even tried to force me to give him attention, as if polishing egos was the reason for my visit. While the clothing selection was decent the staff's behavior ensured Flip is a store I won't be visiting in the future.

Friendly associates and nice selection. Lots of high end brands at a fraction of the price.

Horrible place, will never shop there again. Unfortunately all of the true reviews have been deleted somehow. I was not treated fairly.  What type of business goes after people who give less than stellar ratings.  Check yelp.  Read all reviews carefully before deciding to shop at either of their locations.
