Crappy service. False information. Before making the reservation, I've checked with customer care executive if I've to walk for some distance for pick up point in ATL. She said the driver will come down to your place and you don't have to walk down and I've made the reservation. However I got to know from my cousin that it was not the case. Now when I called customer care again, they say "Yes, you have to walk and we need cancellation fee if you want to cancel". Such a pathetic attitude and customer service. Secondly, When I made the reservation for a future date, the request triggered couple of cabs immediately and got a call from both drivers. While calling customer care, they say it's a bug and we are not sure how it happened.. :(

STAY AWAY!!! If your relying on this company to catch a flight you better rethink your decision! Called a week in advance to reserve a pickup time and day which was for 4am on a Monday for a flight departing from Houston Bush International for business at 7:10am paid via Paypal. Everything was confirmed via email and text stating to be outside and on time with phone on the day of. Sunday evening 8:20 pm received another text to confirm pickup Monday 4 am pickup... two hours later received an email from Paypal at 10:15 pm that my payment had been reversed, confused I called FlitWays to verify that they did receive payment and informed them of the payment reversal they ensured me payment was received and pickup was still in place. I logged into FlitWays after midnight Monday morning 4 hours before pickup to verify reservation was still active which showed payment in a pending status. I called FlitWays again to verify reservation, was ensured no changes and was told to call 30 minutes before pickup to get status on driver arrival, which I did and was told to be outside with phone on while they communicate with driver. 4 am pickup time came and went now 4:10 am called in a panic and got voicemail. Received a text a 4:16 am from FlitWays with this statement in part: Please kindly note that we will not be able to service your booking on 09/25/2017 04:00 am due to an unexpected circumstances beyond our control. We apologize for any delay or inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately this time circumstances outside of our reach have forced us to send you this decline email. We hope that you will keep your trust in us as we are treating you with the highest priority and will always go the extra mile in order to provide all requested services. Please accept our apology. UNBELIEVABLE! Left me standing on my front porch after 4 am on time with my phone on now stuck trying to find another way to get to the airport AN HOUR AWAY to catch my 7:10 am flight on a Monday morning in Houston!!!! I feel they lied to me all the way up till the end. Can you believe they offered a $5 discount for the next time....WHAT THE $#@%!.....NEXT TIME..ARE YOU KIDDING!!! This was my first and LAST TIME!!!! WHAT TRUST?!!!!! THIS WAS A BUSINESS TRIP! Oh yeah their giving me a full refund...YOU THINK SO?!!!

Everything about this Taxi Agency is the best!!! Comfortable rides, good road networking from drivers and safety. This is definitely a service i would be regular with, FlitWays Taxi thumbs up to you guys!!! A++++

The best service I've had! FlitWays is ALWAYS on time and priced right. I can't give a better recommendation than this as they have always gone above and beyond to make my experience nothing short of amazing!

We booked a ride, said it would be a 5 minute wait. 20 minutes later our ride still hadn't shown up. I tried calling all of the numbers multiple times with no answer. We were outside the whole time so we couldn't have missed it. Finally cancelled the ride and was still charged for services. I would definitely not recommend, now I'm worried about my credit card information that was required to book.
