The Flood Gallery is located inside the Phil Mechanic Building at 109 Robert Street. Nestled in the River Arts District, the studios are filled with working artists and their wares...great place to find unique, original and one of a kind art!

Great Gallery in the River Arts District at the Phil Mechanics Building. They show national and international art--don't miss their collection of 146 posters from the Iranian Revolution of 1979 in October before it travels on to San Francisco, LA, London, New York and Dubai.

Before many artists get into big galleries, in big cities, they need to polish their act a little. Jolene Mechanic, the owner, has the heart and vision to give these emerging artists a chance. Unpretentious, but artistically refined, and set down in the up-and-coming River Arts District this gallery if for those who are willing to go outside the narrow and straight streets of down town Asheville.
